Amazing Insurance Quote-am I Missing Something...

Got a quote from Lancaster Insurance yesterday-

It's classic insurance limited to 5000 miles-

Came out at £477!!!

Is it me or is that stupidly cheap?!

I'm 26 with 4 years no claims and 'no bad things' driving a 1994 SZ, mods declared.

They're gonna do that agreed value thing as well when they ask for 6 pics-

It just seems too good to be true!!!

Any thoughts anyone? I was gonna give some other insurers a go but now i'm not sure if I need to bother?!!

Additional perks are that unlike most classic insurance policies I can still build no claims.

And.. in the event of an accident they'll only take off two of my years no claims!!!

On the phone they actually advised me against no claims protection as for what i'm already entitled to it makes no odds!!!

Does this make sense to anyone because it just seems far too good!!!

Sounds pretty reasonable :)

A classic policy where you can still maintain and build no claims could be very useful for me, had no idea such a thing existed so thanks ;)

yeah, lancasters pretty good for a cherished policy...

i think you need to have another car for everyday use though?

Thats good mate - i thought about Lancaster - but they don't like the mods i have on the 300zx

In the end i wen't with heritage car insurance - just over £500 all mods declaired

I'm a named driver on my girlfriends Audi, would that cover it if that's true?

it depends on the policy tbh, they have different cherished, classics etc..

mine cost around £800 with tescos.

well i had 8months left on the celica insurance so i called them up quoting all the details and he wanted £50 extra! i couldnt beleive it :)
