Brake Hoses

Just had a browse through my Chilton manual. The 182 and 185 without ABS appear to be identical. There are differences between ABS equiped models though. And the 182 actually had changes made to the ABS system after 91. Trouble is it doesn`t say when in 91 they changed.

I would guess (and it is only a guess), that post 91 would be the same for both cars. This was when they did the facelift to the ST182 and gave it bigger front brakes (to match the GT4).

Adam,

If your looking for stainless steel braided hoses go to Merlin Motorsport at Castle Combe. Take your original hoses with you and they will make up Goodridge replacements on the spot and pressure test them. Mine were about £15 per hose.
