Starlet Turbo Uprated Headgasket

Hi all;

I have just got a starlet GT (EP82) but it now has a suspect hg problem, so might need to replace it. I can get a standard toyota one ok from fensport, but i cant find anywhere that sells a HKS or TRD etc uprated gasket. Anyone know where i can get one from?

Harvey, Don't use the TRD one mate it's thinner than stock and designed for the 4EFE none turbo engine. Best place over here to get one from is Dave @ www . starlet gt turbo . co .uk (remove the spaces).

Thanks for the info Simon. Yeah i noticed the TRD one is to raise CR on an NA one - not good on a GT especially as the head will prolly need prepping, increasing CR anyway!!!

I will check dave out, thanks again. I might just go stock though, as a toyota HG is about £35 (hg alone) where as for example, a pulsar GTiR HKS gasket is 200+!! So i doubt the starlet one is much cheaper :(

I think they are between £100 and £150 so yeah not cheap.
