I've got a newish (2003) Celica 1.8VVTI. The coolant level is low. I know you're supposed to use the proper Toyota pink stuff, but how do you get at the filler cap? It's underneath a plastic cover.

Hi all, I'm new to the toyota scene (just got a gen 7 Celica T Sport).

I thought I'd revive this thread as I have the same problem. I can see the filler cap but can't get to it because of the plastic cover. Any :help: will be greatly recieved.

take the engine cover off , i suppose is 1 option.
