I love South Park and the whole Isaac Hayes/Scientology thing is just laughable - I'm kinda glad they're killing off Chef

a. because no one else could be Chef

and b. because if Mr Hayes feels so strongly about SP taking the mickey out of his religious choices then he shouldnt have joined South Park in the first place.... :lol:

I mean this whole thing is so hypocritical!

He can slate other faiths - and they have before - I mean how many times do they slate Jewish people per episode - they've done Mormons, Christians, Muslims.... and he happily participated in those episodes.... but as soon as Scientology is mentioned he goes all diva on them.... :lol:

Saying that, I will miss Chef and his chocolate salty balls most terribly.... ;)

That's brilliant, I love the way they're doing an on-screen speech about the situation through 1 of the characters like Brookside did when it ended.

Scientology = 'Religion' for those with more money than sense.

Religion = cult

as far as im concerned - you have an unelected 'leader' (and dont try and argue the pope - a bunch of bishops vote for which one of them gets to be boss is not a democracy!) and some 'generals' who all tell you what to think and what to believe and how to live your life...

cult...

Plus you have to surrender your money 'to the cause'. Hence why all these movie/pop stars have signed up. It is indeed a cult for the rich and famous.

reminds me of by Business Management lecturer

he had a sturdy job pawning his knowledge as being a damn good businessman to the new genreation, he owned three companys who do specialist lighting and even has credits on some hollywood films, *arf* including the initial scene on The Fast And Furious with the truck and the three cars :P :lol: And he had a large share in the museum called 'The Cars of The Stars' and he owned one of the KITT cars (which used to be at college open days) and had worked extensively with The Hoff....

my point.... well from the above list, you got to assume hees worth a fair bit.... but he used to turn up to college looking like a right scruffy git, old jumpers, scruffy trousers, old shoes and a beat up old Vauxhaul Astra

his only other trait..... he was a very 'Religious' man...... ;)
