depends on what you drive like really, i used toyotas 5w/30

some use fully synthetic like magnatec ,silkolene etc

Silkolene PRO S 10w-50 Ester Fully Synthetic

or

Silkolene PRO R 15w-50 Ester Fully Synthetic
