Friday

3pm-Members can arrive at the venue to help with the clubstand setup and pitch their tents onstand :D

7.30pm-Kenny's Curry Night followed by an evening of quaffing

Saturday

9.30am-Clubstand parking time, all those attending to be present and no excuses :P

10am to 5pm Various events happening, detail's will be posted once confirmed.

6pm-Les's BBQ

10pm-Firework time

Sunday

9.30am-Clubstand parking time, all attending to be present or have given me their car key's the evening before.

10am-Breakfast

Noon-The reigning "Tug of War Champion's" regain their title in the main arena

2pm-TOC Trophy Time ;)

For your clubstand pitch, £1.25 Click here to pay.

Payable on the gate, £20 per car for the whole weekend.

BBQ price tbc.

Rules

No driving once a beer has been consumed, explusion offsite with immediate effect.

No revving of exhausts on the clubstand pitch, they started it is not an excuse

All rubbish of any kind to be cleaned up immediately, finish a beer then place it in a bin bag etc......

As said all cars to be ready to move about at 9.30am on the clubstand.

Lot's of other rules i could put up but i won't so just behave and i won't have to come over and have a word with you ;)

Lot's of other stuff will be added and the currynight & BBQ will have their own threads closer to the time, big thank's to TGB for their support once again

Looks like I may have a 4 man tent spare if anyone needs, my tent for this year fits as part of the car I'll be bringing :D :D :D

I'll probably be on another club pitch but of course popping over to say hi to everyone on toc :D
