Gen 5 Import: Is It All Uk Spec Parts?

Guys, are the parts on an imported Gen 5 GT/GT-R (not 4-wheel steer) the same as the UK car?

Or . . . are there big budget specials like Super Strut parts . . .

Any parts in particular?

The cars are mostly the same. There are subtle differences though - no rear fog lights on JDM (twin brakes instead), different shape number plate surround. 112 mph speed limiter. Probably some other little things like that.
