Idle Control Valve

My gen 5 st182, has a an arratic idle, nothing extreme, but fluctuates, from its normal .800 to .500 rpm, up and down, never stalls, doesnt feel like it is going to, but still the revs bounce a little .

I am going to clean the idle control valve, any ideas. Dont think resetting the ECU will help. but any suggestion would be most appreciated.

Also i am still having a few probs with my lowering. I have one side which is a little higher than the rest, i took the leg off, and it was all good. i did move the plate whch sits on top of the spring , and underneith the top plate ( where the legs attaches to the suspesion turet) and it seems to have dropped a little more. Should there be an exact place for this to sit, as i am thinking of moving it a little again to see if can drop the suspension a little more, i am talking a 1/2 cm max.. agaqin any suggestions would be most welcome ..

The ICV is the white plastic thing with the connector unplugged under the throttle body in this picture (ignore the bits circled in red):

Also check your ignition components.
