Seatbelt light blinking?

Hi guys and gals,

Recently, I have a problem with my 2000 Corolla. The seatbelt light stays off when i'm not wearing seatbelt...However, it will blinks when I latched in the seatbelt. The passenger seatbelt is not a concern because the seatbelt warning light is only applied to the driver side...So, my seatbelt light has been working in reverse as what it supposes to do.. Do you know how can I fix this? or i have to let the machanic look at it? Thanks :(
