Power Accessory Socket T3-2

I am looking into buying a used 05 Avensis T3-S.

The specs I see all say that it does not have a "power accessory socket". Is this the same as a cigarette lighter socket? and if so does it really not have one?

I would need one to run a phone charger or the kid's DVD player.

Could I fit one myself?

There are two 12 V power outlets, One in front ashtray (cigarette lighter) and one in the rear of center console armrest. :)

The T2 and T3-S only has the one in the dash I believe, only T3-X and above has the 2nd one in the rear.
