Central Locking/alarm

Just fitted a microscan alarm to my import...problem ..the alarm will arm/lock no problem...it will disarm but not unlock !!!It seems to work fine with the doors open ,ie courtesy light on.In the wiring diagram the courtesy light swith is connected to the central locking ...anybody else had this problem and how did you overcome it .

Had mine wired to the door lock button, works fine

was yours an import ......who fitted it.....does your central locking button lock/unlock the doors with the ignition off ???
