Clutch Pedal Vibration After Replace Clutch

hi to everyone:

Yesterday I replaced the clucth on my 96 paseo and then, after tested, I noticed a vibration once start to press the clutch pedal. it's the same feeling when you press the brake pedal and the disc brakes are worn.

it's happens when the bearing is start to touch the blades of the plate. I don't think that the flywheel is worn or bended, because it can be notice when you raise the RPMs that the motor is rumbling.

what could be wrong on this?

thanks in advance
