New Estima

I have just got a 10 year old enima estima import it runs so well and I am happy with it.I am looking for an owners manual in english can anyone help.In the meantime can anyone answer me what the small heater control leever is for situated under the large one and what is "L" selection for on the automatic transmission display on the dash.

The small switch puts heat to the rear, it travels through vents in the driver/passenger doors and blows into the back.

Just a note re rear heating, If you switch the rear a/c fan on low, the rear heats up quicker
