Dear friends,

Firstly I'd like to introduce myself, I'm Iqbal live in Jakarta Indonesia, I'm using 1994 Toyota Carina E with 3SFE 2.0 liter engine. So far I'm happy with this car, it is easy to maintain and never give me big problem. Last week I did engine analisys and got result code 24. It is "Intake air temperature sensor signal abnormal (open or short for more than 0.5 second) ". I'd like to know

1. What caused this error and what will be the impact to the engine.

2. Can it be repair or must be change with a new one

3. Is it the same terminlogy between Intake Air Temperatur Sensor & Flowmeter ?

I'm sorry if this topic has been discussed before, and I really appreciate your comment for this.
