just had mot done, failed on all 4 brake pipes :( had a quote for around £160 :censor: :censor:

The flexible ones? :unsure: 10 quid a piece from Unipart and DIY. Not too hard a job. Provided you use well fitting spanners. :thumbsup:

don't know he said he was putting copper ones on and the back ones are difficult to get at.right up to the valve or something. :blink:

Cripes glad I do my own work at that price, looks simple enough on my SS1 Gen 6, had to take the petrol tank off my wife's mondeo to run new copper pipes to the back, blinking right nuisance

Sounds cheep i have done them a few times a real pain in the ar5e. Bolts snapping, fuel filler neck snapping. Most of them are quite rusty by now.
