92 Camry Cranks But Won't Start

I am working on a 92 Camry 2.2 4cyl. 5spd man. Aprox. 175k miles. The car was working fine, then started to stall out at stopsigns. Now it will crank until the Battery dies but will not start. I have replaced the fuel filter, pcv valve, cleaned the TB and IAC. I pulled the #1 sparkplug, it looked normal but was wet with fuel and smelled like gas. I arced the same plug off the manifold cover, and I believe the spark is weak. Not a very audible "shock", not much of a spark. But, also I do not hear the fuel pump priming when I turn the key on (but not start). I poured a small amount of gas down the cylinder, replaced the plug, and "nothing". But the exhaust smells like fuel when you crank it. I can't figure this thing out. Please help!

Thanks in advance,

Jim
