Space Cruiser Tappet Sequence?

Does anyone know the procedure and sequence for setting the Tappets on a 1989 Space Cruiser GL-F??

Also does anyone have a spare distributor for the same?? as the advance diaphram on mine is broken?

Any help or pointing me in the right direction would be very much appreciated.

As far as I understand the tappetts are self adjusting, IE hydraulic cam followers - just like the Ford Escort, if they are noisy then it is more likely that they are clogged, mainly due to oil not being changed at regular intivals, lack of oil could also cause the noise, they may need changing!
