I have a Lucida which comes complete with Sat Nav and TV, both of which do not work in the UK.

The In Car Entertainment system and Sat Nav is identified as Toyota Original car - AV 76000, KVN5060.

The importer said they wouldn't work because they are tuned to Japanese frequencies. Is this true?

Is it possible to retune to UK frequencies for the TV, or get a UK Sat Nav CD?

Advice please.
