stunt Posted August 20, 2006 Share Posted August 20, 2006 Well finally i convinced my friend to go with his car to the dealer and let the pros do the job, as i told him from the begining, before he ask me to post here...(anyway he didn´t figure out that bolts!!)....LLLLOOLLLLL meeting people in the internet have this things, the guy who needs the information has VW Golf not a Corolla.... i banned him from my contacts that stupid guy.I was doing research on internet just for him.NEVERMORE i will offer help to someone who i dont´t know from nowhere.Thanks all.POST CLOSED. TheSpannerMonkey Posted August 20, 2006 Share Posted August 20, 2006 there should be two covers on the side of the steering wheel behind the side spokes if you take these of you should see a torqs headed bolt behind them, when you undo these (by the way these bolts are held in the fittings so they can be aligned easily so only undo them dont try to remove them) the airbag assembley can be pulled of,i might have a look on totss at lunch tomorrow though just incaseoh and remember to remove the Battery terminal 90 seconds before removing the airbag to allow the capaciters to drain, so the airbag doesnt go of Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
