Rav4 Headunit 2005 Help!

anybody know if this headunit is a standard double din? think the make begins with a m???

can it be changed easily?

is there any adaptors to use steering wheel controls?

The head unit on my year 2002 RAV4 is a Matsu****a (the starred out letters are s, h, i, t) and does not have the standard 2 connectors.

I have seen converter cables on eBay, if you want to replace the Toyota head unit with an after market one.
