Toyota Disowning The Cts?

I called a few Toyota dealers this week just to find out what sort of part-ex deals they might offer me on my T-Sport.

The response hasn't been good at all - One dealer actually said they weren't interested in my car at all as they don't think they could sell it (this is the same place that's had a T-Sport Compressor sat on their forecourt for about 6 months now).

Yeap sadly the market for the corolla has fallen, not nice. Bought mine in Jan for £8500 i'd be lucky to get £7,500 for it now. Such a shame such a nice car too.

Its not necessarily the compressor its all CTSs.

My idea is fuel costs. These cars are expensive to run and remember we only just started seeing fuel costs decreasing after them rising so much over the summer.

Plus its probably the wrong time of year now to change cars. Christmas is coming!

From a dealers pov it's the best time of year it's the best time to sell cars. September is by far the busiest time for both new and used units :D
