Wiring Spotlamps

Hi. Could anyone tell me where I take power from for wiring spotlamps on my rav 4. I would like to have them working with the main beam and go out when I dip lights. I have wired lights before but I cannot understand the rav4 system. I am using a relay for these and I dont know which wire on the headlight bulb to connect to for this to work Thank you.
