Hi everybody

Hope ur all well, merry Xmas (belated) Eid Mubarak and a Happy new year!!!

Right - now the issue!!

I took my car to get the tyres changed, and while the guy was doing it he snapped the whole valve thing (where the air goes in), he tried putting a normal one on, and whilst i was driving home it kept rubbing against the disc and deflating the wheels!

now the problem is i cant get hold of a metal L- shaped valve thing, so any ideas of where to purchase one from will be greately appreciated,- at the moment i hjave the omelette wheel on there and am limited as to where i can drive

cheers guys

Your local tyre retailer will be able to get hold of them for you.. if they say they can't then it looks like they just can't be bothered, because the same place that supplies the standard valves will supply any type of valve to them. If you can't get them from the tyre place, go to an auto accesory shop, they should be able to get hold of them too.

Try your local car accessossassarryy shop.. they should be able to order them in.

The only places i found online listing anything were selling in bags of 100.

If it helps in your search.. they should be TR414 type bent valves.

http://stores.ebay.co.uk/RoundAndBlack << give this guy a shout.. might be able to help.

Or as an alternative...

Flush Fitting Valves

These are ok.. unless you loose or break the small tool required to screw into them in order to check the pressure of your tyres.
