I'm looking into buying an 1987 Celica GT (2.0). I was wondering for somone who's fairly new to turning a bolt, How long might replacing the gasket take?

What else needs/could/should be replaced while I'm in there?

That depends on how much you have to take off around the engine to get to the head. with mine i could probably do it in 3hrs, but its not the same as yours. Id take a friday off if i where you, and plan to finish by sunday night. Dont put yourself under to much stress.
