17 Inch Rims In Aw11

I even don't have my Mr2 mk1 yet, but I'm already thinking how to make it look and go better... :)

Will 17 inch rims (with 205/40 rubber) fit to an Mr2 mk1, or do I have to make modifications to make them fit? Will this affect its driveability / ride height alot?

No probs at all except it can be one hell of a bumpy ride with my stiff suspension....

I meant the "oldskool" Mr2 mk1, which has probably smaller space for wheels than mk2?

Best bet for AW11 is going to be 16's, will fit a treat and help handling a great deal, any larger and IMHO will look wrong and not sure do to much to the handling.

Have been in a couple of AW11 on 16';s and the handling is amazingalthough they did have the Koni's as well...
