Snow!

Not exactly snowed in in Rugby but there was about 5 inches of snow where I work and the roads were ice rinks.... so much so they let us leave early today as it started snowing again.

I am now in for the weekend anyway, apparently its going to carry on until Sunday at least!

Fancy a Chinese tonight but they can deliver!

It was snowing all day yeterday, and it started again around 11am today

its still snowing now, and today we have not seen a gritter at all so the roads are scary :shutit:

None here. Been blooming cold lately though. -5 or -6C at 8:45am sort of thing.

Wish there was some snow, my poor tyres are feeling all wasted :(

Pah!

-9.5 at our offices Wednesday morning, at 7:40am!

We've had the snow, and it was snowing again today - some big flakes, but it's mostly been wet snow today.

Still, no gritters or kids round here, so there's loads of un-molestered snow fields!

Well I drove to berwick on Wednesday and about half way there the snow started! F o o o ok me!! Talk about mad!!

I was driving at about 20mph. Brakes = skidding and turning = going straight on.. lol

I was in the Evo tho, so it wasn't that bad. Was kinda fun trying to figure out how to point the car in the right direction.

Evo = good... but only if it has snow tyres!!!... lol.

Nope, chickened it and left the car at work, the roads are so bad.

The council were caught with their pants down tonight, not a gritter in sight!
