Need Help For Starting Old Camry

hi...

i have an 84 camry le and lately it's been having a hard time starting. Only about 1 out of every 5 times will i have to crank it for a long time. once started it drives fine...doesnt stall...normal amount of zip. it's not the spark plugs bc they have been replaced. and the distributor cap and rotor are fine. timing is fine. and i dont suspect a gas filter or pump problem the car has no problem accelerating or going on the interstate. i think it maybe the cold start injector thingy on 83 to 91 models that's supposed to inject gas when the engine is cold..but the problem seems kinda random. any sugestions thank you
