Changing Front Brakes On A Carina-e

Have done them a couple of times before but I remember coming across a tutorial on here that had a step by step guide on here but cannot locate it via search. Also can anyone confirm if I need to but on the stuff on the brake calapairs bolts to stop them rattling loose?

Bolts correctly torqued will not loosen.

Cheers Gazza for the link, off the top of your head do you know what the torque setting is for the bolts?
