Lambda Sensor Reqd - 4age 4afe 7afe

Anyone breaking 4AFE engine or has a Oxygen Sensor for a '95 1600 4AFE. I have been told that 4AGE, 4AFE and 7AFE should work... Any advice/ info on parts available at breakers much appreciated D P.S. Carinas don't die in Scotland... they go to Pollockshields, Glasgow ... the home of trusty old Toyotas.
