I see only a small Roof Rack for a canoe or case. I was wonderling whether any of you have experience putting a 6'8" surfboard on the Aygo? Which Roof Rack works well for that? OR would a really go to far over my windscreen and stick out at the rear of the car?

Heya Marii , my friends sister has an Aygo and she carries a board (or two) on it loads it's fine, just strap it down.
She has a Toyota rack and hers is a 3 door,
I run a Toyota rack on my 5 door with bikes on the top and they're fine too. :) HTH
