Antenna Assembly Circuit Board

I'm having what appears to be a standard problem with the power antenna of my Camry LE. The motor works, but not correctly. The antenna mast (with the white teeth) goes up and down. The motor runs, but runs for 20 seconds when it goes up. The problem is that the antenna mast only takes 10 seconds to be fully extended.

I've removed the assembly, and discovered a circuit board which appears to be the brains behind the assembly. Does anyone know where I can find a replacment circuit board, without buying a whole new assembly?
