Right.. I'm going to amend the main post later on but i suggest that everyone meets up with me prior to going into the venue (car park most likely) and hand over the full monies so that when we walk in there will be no confusion as to who has paid etc...

I'll have a list of everyones names and I'll tick them off as soon as you have handed the cash over.
