Hi there, I was just wondering what is the best gearbox oil available for the yaris? iv checked with autodata and it says 75w 90. Anybody got any recomendations? Which brand? my car is a p1 t sport by the way. Thanks all

Like many Yaris drivers, I had nothing but problem with my gearbox when it was cold. Impossible to get the gears. When warm it was OK.

Someone on here recommended changing to Fully synthetic Mobil 1.

It is now perfect.

It took a bit to settle but as the problem has been resolved. I presume it is the oil.
