Hi

I've recently bought a 2002 Corolla T Sport and so far so good, apart from a problem I'm having with the passenger seat. The lever to move the seat forward to allow someone into the back of the car has stopped working. Any ideas of how to fix this or how much it could cost.

Any help will be appreciated, Thanks.

Take the seat out and turn it upside down - the cable which releases the locking mechanism on the seat runners

comes off the release arm.

Forgive my ignorance, but is it quite difficult to take the seat out?

and is it most likely that the repair would require this cable to be replaced?

when the seat is whit side airbags diconnect the Battery for a bout 10 minutes :thumbsup:

is this the same for the e10?

No the E10 has no sideairbags in the seats
