Where can I find info/pics for an `03 camry LE showing how to take off the dash where are the clips exactly etc.. Something like chiltons but for an `03 not `83.

Have you tried going to an auto parts store and looking for a Haynes Repair Manual? They can be purchased for a rather reasonable price. ($20.00 at the most) But the Chilton manuals are really expensive. I would be able to help you if you had a gen 4 instead of a gen 5. But since they changed the whole design on the Camry, things are totally different in a 2003 compared to a 1999.
