ive got the chance to buy a set of really smart 17x7 5 spoke alloys (AZ Brio) with 1 month old toyo rubber, but will they fit my car??

they're coming off a 2000 Clio 172, which apparently has a 100mm x 4 stud pattern which mine has. but will there be other issues, like clearance or whatever, and if so, how do i rectify them? my car has 14" wheels as standard on 185 60 14 tryes. the new set has 205 45 17s (i think). anyone help?
