Radio - Cassette -cd

W Reg Avensis, fitted with a Sony Radio/cd/cassette player. Standard fit with the car. The display disappears and comes back, freezes and starts working again. No apparent reason. Anybody know the problem, and solution?

OK, a wild guess.

I notice that LCD screens, in very cold weather, can be very slow to respond (slow compared to normal).

As I said, a wild guess!

Sounds possibly faulty, If its under warrenty take it to mr T and ask him to sort it out for free. It should work all the time no problems (Unless extreame conditions) Good luck.
