Does the fog light from the 00-02 models fit the 02-04 models

Speaking of fog lights & rather than starting a new thread you (parts king) or anyone know how to access the front fog lights to change them on the 2003 E12 Corolla T Sport ?prefacelift model, not sure if the T sport ones is different from other Corolla's & what type bulb it uses ? think thats next on me list to upgrade ! ;)
