Losing Preasure

On Rav4 D4D sometime losing preasure on diesel that you can feel as losing of power without any reason... by tester code is some error on pump buth is it pump, diesel, ECU or something else, when it's workin'n preasure is 1300bara normal at top??? Some sugestion, info???
