I always loved veilside but then when I was looking at getting kitted people in bodyshops kept saying about them being condensation traps and leading to excessive fast rusting of panels underneath even if the kit was 'properly' fitted.

Just saying as 2's are beautiful cars even without kits and I'm sure you love yours like most of us do :)

I have a Vielside kit, it's on my Celica though.

I like the Veilside kit on other cars but not a massive fan of it on the MR2, the car just isnt big enough to pull it off.

IMO veilside kits just don't work on cars like MR2, RX7, MX5 etc.

Bigger cars like a Supra etc, yes. But still not to my liking.

Maybe the fact they're also referred to as "Vileside" is a clue to a lot of peeps view

Too extreme on an MR2 IMHO - I prefer mods that make you think 'oooh that's subtley different' rather than 'What the f***'s that?'
