Hilux Power Upgrades....help!

I've just brought a 3ltr HiLux & I want to boost the power, but im a little bewildered with all the ECU...etc upgrades available, like:

RoughTrax Power Performance Upgrade to the ECU

Owen Developments upgrade

Freeway Vehicles upgrade

These seem to be the more popular 3 iv found when search google, due to the limited information i can find. If anyone can possible tell me which one is the better of the three or recomend a different one, i'd really appreciate it.

Also do these have to be removed when handing the car back in for servicing, i spoke to freewayvehicles and they told me there unit can remain on the car for servicing???

Toyota produce their own upgrade chip, I think this is the same one that is fitted to my own car as standard :P

just fitted a Tuning unit from torqtec on my 07 hilux 3.0 and the truck drives great now loads of power on hills and for overtaking....
