Can A Super Charger Be Installed In 4afe Engine?

i was thinking of buying a super charger for my car, it has 4afe engine...is it possible to instal charger in that engine? if it is possible then is there any specific charger that should go for? lastly do i need to add anything to instal the charger? please guys help me out. thanks

if i were you, i would save that bit longer and get hold of a 4A-GZE (1.6L supercharged) engine, which will fit right in with almost no modification. don't try to turbo or supercharge the 4A-FE its no where near as easy just straight swapping the engine. ;)

but if u instal 4age then u need to change the wiring, controller box and whole lot other stuff?

yes that is true, however, in order to make a supercharger conversion that would work you'd need to buy an intercooler, bigger injectors a new MAP sensoer and a custom ECU, all these things considered it would be cheaper to do a 4A-GZE conversion.
