New Wheels Required

Well the UK roads have finally taken their toll on my Celica's alloys - Toyota tell me that all four wheels need replacing and credit to them they said don't bother with Toyota ones - go for Aftermarket ones which will cost a lot less.

SO:

Anyone got some pics of their GEN 7's with decent lookers on them...

Any ideas of brands?

And where are the best deals to be had?

Holla back...

Gordy.

if u go on eBay an type in this item number 160209990697, set of 4 alloy wheels with tyres for celica vvti,

i'm not selling them, was having a look as i could do with a spare, its got 3 days left, current bid 62 quid, out of my range as i only need 1.

p.s. i think the tyres are good

this is what he/she has typed re the description

Original Toyota VVTi 190 5 spoke Alloy wheels and Tyres. I took these off my Toyota Celica and replaced them with 19" alloys back in June/July 2007.

These alloys are in really good condition, they had undergone some touch up work prior to me buying the Celica; I only used these wheels for 40 miles before i swapped them for 19" alloys.

Two tyres are brand new and the other pair have 3mm of tread on them.

New tyres; Kumho Ecsta SPT - 205/45Z R17 88W

Old Tyres; Bridgestone Potenza - 205/45Z R17 84W

Comes with orignal boxed toyota locking nuts and locking nut tool.

Pick up only (or arrange courier yourself).

hope it helps.

bye d bye

Ignore the dirt, just ran outside to take this and it was a lot darker than I thought hence the grainy, blurry, generally crap pic. Hope it helps anyway.

I fitted my new alloys on Sunday. They came with Falken tyres instead of the expected Federal's so I'm a happy chappy!

Just need to sell my old 5 alloys on eBay.

Hi guys I'm new to this forum and looking to replace my standard 16" alloys on my black gen7 celica. A question for Aquazi - the post with your "current wheels", the first pictures you displayed on this post, what are the make of the wheels, what size and how much did they cost? I love them, thanks for any help.

I know Aquazi bought the Wheels 2nd hand from another Celica Club Member. They are definitely 18"s, and look like Dare V2's.

Hi all, new here :)

I have a 2004 GT (tsunami edition), I was just wondering if I can put 15" stock GT-S rims on a GT. Are the bolt patterns for both cars the same?

Thanks in advance, sorry for the incredibly noob question...

15" Wheels were never fitted to the UK Gen 7's but the PCD of 5x100 will be the same for the GT and GTS :)
