Turn On Radiator Fan When Cold Motor

Hello

Please advice if you had the same problem before

I have Camry '93 and the radiator fans turn on every morning when the motor is cold and turn off after is warmed and work OK all the day , turn on and off as the temperature high, but in the morning the car take too much time to be warm because the fans are On

Please if somebody happened this before and fix it Please advice.
