Hilux Ifs Suspension Lift

Hi, I was just wondering if there is a simple way of raising the front suspension of the post '97 hilux's with the torsion bar suspension?

I've seen Roughtrax sell a 2" lift kit with new bars and shocks, but I noticed that the far end of the bar has a kind of adjustment bolt, could I just screw this up about an inch, or would I need longer shocks. Just wanting to see if theres a cheap way of lifting the front...

Thanks, JF.

Balljoint spacers and longer shocks. Upgraded torsion bars are very stiff and give a hard/bouncy ride on the road.
