Door Cards From A 2000 X Reg Into A 1999t Reg

I got a deal from eBay breaker. He is willing to sell the door cards of a x reg avensis CDX including the rear window(electric) mechanisms. Will the newer models door cards fit the older car? Anything else I need to ask for..
