Hi

I've bought 54 reg verso T-spirit recently. One of the Wireless headphone doesn't work. I changed batteries but there is no 'ON' redlight. What could be the problem, does any body know?

I tried just shaking the wires it didn't help. Do i need to buy another headphone?

Thanks

If the red light isn't coming on I suspect the headphone has a fault. Ensure the contacts are clean first of all in case there has been some corrosion on them. If this doen't help, before buying a new pair it might be worth while trying to dismantle them to try and see if there is an obvious fault such as a wire come adfift that can be resoldered. You've got nothing to lose if they are faulty.

Thanks guys

I opened the headphone and found one wire has come off. Took to one of the service guy to solder it, he said 10pounds. I bought a solder for 5 pounds and fixed it.
