Climate control keeps the car at the selected temperature, by monitoring the cars internal temperature.

Where as aircon just blows out cold air, it is up to the driver to switch off/adjust the amount of cold air as and when he/she pleases.

If I have a choice between the two I would select Climate control, all cars that come with climate contol have air con as standard and also the added benfit of keeping the car at a selected temp (most also regulate the airflow around the car automaticaly). U can also switch off climatre control on these cars and select the manual air con if needed.
