does the rear wiper motor have a relay fuse, switch, to operate it as my wiper will not turn off and i wondered if this was the reason

the cars an avensis 2001 model many thanks

I dont think their is a fuse for the rear motor for the wiper.

I would look at the motor being faulty (they do fail).

Easiest way would be disconnect the power leds plug in a multimeter and check to see if their is a power feed.
